Rip City Dahlia Tuber

A gorgeous and productive deep wine/maroon dahlia that tends toward being nearly black toward the center and deep red as the petals splay outward. Tall, strong stems with bright green foliage are topped with an informal decorative style bloom that includes great petal structure in its medium to large sized blooms. This is our 3rd season growing Rip City, and it has very quickly become one of our favorites!

Class BB (4-6" blooms) atop tall, 5' plants. Requires staking.

Note: Without being a waterlily type flower, the bloom on Rip City is a close equivalent to Karma Chocolate. Both are show stoppers for sure!
