Nicholas Dahlia Tuber

Nicholas has been grown on the farm for many years.  With several striking features, including color (orange with bronze, gold tones) and shape (waterlily), he's been a staff favorite for some time now.  Expect full, bright blooms, sometimes held tight on the plants with thick, firm stalks.  Often mid-season to late blooming but well worth the wait!  (Prolific once he gets going.)  Wonderful in mid to back of boarder plantings or as the centerpiece for a large planter.

Waterlily Form, (5" blooms), 3-4' plants, strong grower. Benefits from staking.
