From Garden to Gathering: Dahlia & Tablescape Workshop (Saturday, 9/12, 5pm)

There is no season quite like September in New England—when the afternoon light turns to spun gold, the air carries that refreshing hint of autumn crispness, and the flower fields are overflowing with lush, velvety dahlias.

Join us for an intimate, outdoor floral design experience where we bring the beauty of the field directly to the table. We’ll start in the garden, harvesting a stunning array of late-summer dahlias, seasonal foliage, and textured autumn blooms. Then, gather under the warm evening breeze, to learn the art of building a movement-filled centerpiece designed specifically for dining.

What to Expect:

• Guided Field Harvest: Wander the dahlia fields and harvest your own blooms whilst you learn tips for stem selection and cut-flower longevity.
• Tablescape Design Workshop: Step-by-step instruction on arranging low, conversation-friendly centerpieces that anchor an outdoor table effortlessly.
• Al Fresco Celebration: Once your centerpiece is complete, set your arrangement right onto our communal dining table and stay for a beautiful, seasonal supper to celebrate your creation under the stars.
